Presence, Forgiveness, and Letting Go

Forgiveness and presence are powerful forces to use to change yourself and give a wake up call to others around you to do the same.

Letting go sounds so easy. And it is. And it isn’t. Practice presence and forgiveness. Start with yourself. Then pay it forward.

  2. A great quotation I once heard from a Buddhist monk I think is applicable here, and that I try to keep in mind:

    “Forgiveness means giving up all hope for a better yesterday.”

    Forgiveness for others, and for ourselves. Nice post brother.
